We want you to be confident in your ResolverBox subscription. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all ResolverBox orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and use the order details from your purchase confirmation email to manage your purchase, or
- Contact ResolverBox support and we'll help you raise the request with Paddle.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
